Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Company was established pursuant to Law No. 8 of 2020 Concerning Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange Company “PJSC” issued on 17 March 2020 and was registered as a public joint stock company in Abu Dhabi and it is wholly owned by the Abu Dhabi Government. Pursuant to Law (02) of 2018 and Executive Council Resolution No. (33) of 2020, the Company became wholly owned by Abu Dhabi Developmental Holding Company Public Joint Stock Company.
