A market maker established outside the UAE or in a financial-free zone within the UAE, and must obtain the market's approval to practice the activity.

    • Established UAE Company: Be a company incorporated in the UAE with one of your core objectives being market making activities.
    • Licensed Financial Institution: Be a commercial bank or investment firm licensed by the UAE Central Bank. Foreign bank branches may also be eligible (provided their parent bank holds a market-making license) after obtaining approval from the UAE Central Bank.
